 Chase Reed

MA, LPC

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor who believes that healing happens when people feel seen, heard, and supported. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship issues, and personal identity challenges. My goal is to create a space where you can explore what’s really going on beneath the surface—without fear of judgment.

My approach is collaborative, practical, and rooted in respect for your unique story. I use a mix of evidence-based practices, including cognitive behavioral therapy and person-centered therapy, tailored to meet your specific needs and goals. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of where to begin, I’ll walk with you through the process with honesty and care.

I’ve worked in both private practice and clinical settings, helping teens and adults develop the tools they need to move forward with confidence. Therapy doesn’t have to be intimidating—I see it as a conversation that can lead to clarity, growth, and lasting change.

Outside of my work, I enjoy spending time with my wife, golfing, watching documentaries, and exploring new ways to challenge myself and grow. If you’re ready to take the next step, I’d be honored to walk with you.

Our Key Offerings

Individual Therapy

In individual therapy, you are the focus of the work being done. Our focus will be on your experience, how the connections you've formed and the world around you has influenced those experiences, and what changes could bring relief and more fulfillment moving forward.

Couples Counseling

In couples counseling, the focus is on the relationship rather than on either specific individual. A romantic relationship is its own living thing, and couples counseling treats it as the patient. Through looking at patterns of connection and disconnection, both parties can begin to shift their views, actions, and beliefs about their relationship, leading to more fulfillment and connection moving forward.

Unconditional Positive Regard

There has never been a perfect person in therapy, much like there has never been a perfect therapist. There are aspects of all of our lives that need scrutiny and change. What I can promise you within the doors of New Plans is that I will provide honesty with an understanding of where you are coming from. There may be hard questions and hard truths, but you will always be safe and welcome here.
